SNC Decision letter re Planning Inspectors report, Local Plan Pt 2 and IM Properties

Please be aware that the Parish Council have been notified of the following by South Northamptonshire Council

‘At a meeting of Council on 22 July 2020 South Northamptonshire Council resolved to adopt the South Northamptonshire Local Plan (Part 2) 2011-2029.

The South Northamptonshire Local Plan (Part 2) now becomes part of the Development Plan for South Northamptonshire and will be used in decision making and the planning of the area.

The South Northamptonshire Local Plan (Part 2) replaces all of the saved policies of the 1997 South Northamptonshire Local Plan (saved policies 2007) and supersedes Policy H2 and Policy H6 of the West Northamptonshire Joint Core Strategy 2011-2029 (adopted in 2014).

This is the first step in the process to allow a number of areas of land in the area to be developed, not least of which is the land along Tiffield Lane, where IM Properties have proposed to build their new development.
