In accordance with the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 and the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 the Parish Council accounting records for the financial year 2024/25 are available for inspection between the 11th June to 22nd July, by any person interested.
Published: 10 June 2025
The exercise of public rights is a legal requirement in respect of the unaudited accounts for Tiffield & Caldecote Parish Council.
Between the 11th June to 24th July 2025, any person may ask to see all books, deeds, bills, vouchers, receipts and other documents relating to the financial records.
Please be aware that as the accounts are currently unaudited, they may be subject to change. They have been through a rigorous process of internal review and been examined and signed off by an auditor provided by the Northamptonshire County Association of Local Councils (NCALC). However, they are still subject to further review by the nationally appointed auditors PKF Littlejohn.
Should you wish to exercise these rights, please contact the Clerk via the email address – clerk@tiffieldparishcouncil.gov.uk
In accordance with the relevant legislation, the Notice of Public Rights, Sections 1 and 2 of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) 2024/25 are attached to this post, along with the report from the NCALC auditor.
A copy of the Notice of Public Rights will also be posted in the village noticeboard
