Annual Parish Council Meeting and Full Parish Council meeting documents

Please find attached the agendas and associated documents for the Annual Parish Council Meeting and the next Full Parish Council Meeting.

Both are due to take place on the 21st May 2019 at the Reading Room in High Street South. The meeting will start at 8pm.

The Annual Parish Council Meeting is held to elect the Chair of the Parish Council, allocate responsibilities for the Parish, to allocate Councillor responsibilities, appoint the Internal Auditor and set the dates for Parish Council meetings for the year ahead.

This meeting is then followed by the normal Parish Council meeting.
